We are proud to announce that CAPA has been selected as one of the inaugural members of the Howard County Nonprofit Excelerator Program! A heartfelt thank you to the Community Foundation of Howard County, the Howard County Department of Community Resources and Services and the Association of Community Services. Our deepest gratitude also to our board members, executive team, and dedicated volunteers – together, we’ve built this organization over the past 9 years!
